Payment Methods and Shipping Costs

1. Payment Methods

1.1 For deliveries within Germany, the following payment methods are available unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

  • Prepayment via bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Purchase on invoice (exclusively for business customers and only upon provision of a valid VAT identification number)
  • Cash on collection
  • Direct debit via PayPal
  • Credit card payment via PayPal
  • Purchase on invoice via PayPal
  • Installment payment via PayPal

The installment payment option “Powered by PayPal” is subject to a successful credit check. This check is carried out by PayPal in real time during the checkout process. The installment agreement is concluded directly between you and PayPal. As part of this agreement, the payment claim is assigned to PayPal. PayPal will then handle the processing and collection of the installments in its own name. We remain your point of contact for any questions regarding your order.
An effective annual interest rate of 9.99% applies to installment payments. The exact terms (duration, monthly installments, and total cost) will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before the contract is concluded.

1.2 For international deliveries, the following payment methods are available unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

2. Delivery

2.1 Orders are shipped via Deutsche Post and DHL.

2.2 We ship to the following countries:
Germany, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Vatican City.

3. Shipping Costs – Germany (Domestic)

For deliveries within Germany, the following weight-based shipping costs apply per order:

  • Small parcel up to 0.3 kg: €4.90
  • Parcel up to 5 kg:              €6.90
  • Parcel over 5 kg:               €8.90

The applicable shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is completed.

Delivery time after receipt of payment: 1–3 business days

3.1 Free Shipping
Orders with a value of €200.00 or more are shipped free of charge within Germany.

3.2 Collection
If self-collection is agreed, the customer will be informed by the seller when the goods are ready for pickup. After receiving this notification, the customer may collect the goods by arrangement with the seller at the seller’s premises or another agreed location. No shipping costs will be charged in this case.

3.3 International Shipping (Zone 1)

For international shipping to Zone 1 countries, the following weight-based shipping costs apply per order:

  • Small parcel up to 0.3 kg: €8.95
  • Parcel up to 2 kg:                 €12.49
  • Parcel up to 20 kg:               €16.95
  • Parcel up to 30.1 kg:            €34.95

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before order completion.

Delivery time after receipt of payment: 4–7 business days

Free shipping: Not available for Zone 1 international orders.

3.4 International Shipping (Zone 2)

For international shipping to Zone 2 countries, the following weight-based shipping costs apply per order:
(Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, North Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Norway, San Marino, Vatican City)

  • Parcel up to 2 kg:   €19.95
  • Parcel up to 5 kg:   €29.99
  • Parcel up to 10 kg: €39.95
  • Parcel up to 20 kg: €54.95
  • Parcel up to 30 kg: €69.95

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before order completion.

Delivery time after receipt of payment: 5–10 business days

Free shipping: Not available for Zone 2 international orders.

3.5 Customs and Taxes

For cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of intra-community acquisitions) and/or duties (e.g. customs fees) may apply. These are to be borne by the customer.
